J5 Homes was hired to complete an approximate 650 square foot addition to our San Leandro home. This included a master suite, kitchen, and breakfast nook. We also did some additional work in other parts of the home, including opening up some walls and new trim work around existing windows. Ava and Augustin did an awesome job from sitting down to discuss the initial bid to building out the timeline to complete the project once the contract was signed. The team accommodated our change requests and did a good job explaining how it may impact the completion of other areas. They also were very diligent on all of the details like ensuring the light fixtures above the island were center and even, or building us their signature stair case to our backyard. We hired J5 Homes to do a major kitchen remodel. We had decided to remove several walls, and therefore had to re-do plumbing and electrical for most of the space. We also installed a tankless water heater outdoors. Augustin and his team did a great job, showed up on time everyday, cleaned up the area before they left everyday.
